The Reinhold Foundation’s “Celebrate Clay” awards program honors the legacy of Paul and Klare Reinhold, and recognizes, rewards, and encourages community service within Clay County. The Foundation has awarded more than $1.46 million to Celebrate Clay award recipients in the past seventeen years.
This year’s award recipients were selected by a five‑member judging panel composed of three independent community leaders and two members of the Reinhold family. Judges reviewed projects and programs completed in 2025 and evaluated their impact, effectiveness, and long‑term benefit to the community. This year’s judges were: Mrs. Jan Conrad, Sr. Vice President, Commercial Banking, Ameris Bank; Mrs. DeAnn Collins Dockery, Owner & Principal, Partners with Nonprofits; Mr. Michael A. Vallencourt, Board Chairman, Vallencourt Construction; and Mr. Paul Myers and Dr. Christoper Towe, Reinhold Family Members.
Applications were open to nonprofit organizations throughout the First Coast that provided services to Clay County residents during 2025. The 47 award recipients represent a diverse range of organizations, including county‑wide nonprofits, faith‑based ministries, schools, and volunteer‑driven initiatives.
